Dr. John Isaac graduated from Rice University with a BA degree and was awarded the Scholar Athlete of the Year. He earned his MD from the University of Texas Southwestern, where he was elected into membership of Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
He completed his Internal Medicine residency at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He went on to complete fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he was honored as the Fellow of the Year.
Dr. Isaac is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology. His area of expertise is coronary and peripheral arterial angioplasties and stenting procedures.
He has served as the Chairman of the Department of Medicine and the Medical Director of the Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.
This year Dr. Isaac was elected by local Houstonians as a “Doctors’ Choice,” in Health & Fitness Sports Magazine.
